Cynthia Gill Lapp is a local artist from Hurley, NY. She graduated from Elmira College and studies at the Woodstock School of Art. Her favorite medium is acrylics. Cindy grew up on a corn and vegetable farm and is drawn to painting farm and barn scenes. She has also completed several murals in and around Kingston, NY.
